How to Purchase Products

After adding all items needed to buy in Cart page, please confirm all the payment information in the following Check Out page. You are just one minute away from getting your favorite artworks.

Payment method

1. Credit card:
   1. You can use "1 click payment" to remember part of your payment information to save your time for entering the information next time.
   2. If you enabled "1 click payment", you can see partial card information next time for confirmation.
   3. If you don't want to save this information anymore, just click delete or turn off "1 click payment".
2. PayPal: You can safely choose PayPal registered outside Taiwan, however PayPal account registered in Taiwan may fail to checkout due to regulatory constraints.
3. Convenience Store: The option is only available for users in Taiwan. You will receive a convenience store payment code after checking out.
4. ATM: The option is only available for users in Taiwan. You will receive the payment account information after checking out.
   

Redeem

1. Fill in promo code or coupon in the input box.
2. Click "Use" to apply the code to your order
3. If there is any error message occurred, please follow the instruction on screen or contact customer support.

Redeem Gold

1. Use Honey Points you earned to exchange for Gold to pay your order.
2. Just enable and redeem all Gold applicable at once, or save for next time.
3. You can see all redeemable Gold before you enable this option.

Invoice

1. The invoice option is mainly for users in Taiwan, user outside Taiwan can just leave it to the default rgbee account device, otherwise, filled in your phone bar code or donate the invoice.
2. If you pay the whole order with Gold or other discount code, there will be no need to fill in any invoice information.
   

Shipping Information

1. If you ordered any physical products, you can fill in your shipping information in the Checkout page. 
2. Please fill in recipient, contact phone, zip code, and address for correct delivery.

Total amount

1. Confirm your purchase total, discount amount, and the final payment amount all shown in TWD currency.
2. You may find USD or other currency beside the TWD amount for your reference.
3. Confirmed all the above information, and "Confirm Checkout".

Payment result

1. After your order is completed, you can open your purchased titles with App.
2. If you encountered any error messages, please follow the information on screen to try again, or contact customer support.
   

FAQ：

Q: I have paid for the order, and there was no titles in my Library.
A: Don't worry, all the success or abnormal purchase history will be recorded. Feel free to contact customer support for your order status, in the same time you could check back again to see if the purchased titles has already showed up in your Library.

Q: Can I buy the same title twice?
A: Sorry, you can't buy the same title twice as you only need one digital copy. There will be no "Buy" button if you have already bought the product.
