How to Reset Password

Oh no! how can I do when I forgot my login password? Don't worry, just follow the steps below to reset a new password.

Forgot Login Password

1. Click "Account" at the bottom bar to go the "Sign In" page.
2. Click "Forgot password Click here to reset".
   
3. Please enter your account Email, which you used during signing up, and click "OK".
   
4. Check your Email for the verification letter, click Reset Password.
   
5. Enter a new password between 6~20 characters.
   
6. After completing the change, go to sign in page and sign in with the new password.

FAQ

Q: Why was there an error message "Cannot find correct data" after I entered the Email in "Forgot password"?
A: Please confirm if you have different contact Email and account Email. Please enter your "account" Email here to reset password.

Q: Why was there no verification Email received at all?
A: Please check your spam folder first, after you find the Reset Password Email, please report Not Spam in your Email client, then click Reset Password. If the Reset Password Email is still missing, please contact our customer support.
